Hmm...I'm a little late logging this one, but I think it was hotter out than 70 degrees, but since I can't remember, we'll settle on 70.
This was a great run, and I'm super proud of myself to be back up to half-marathon distance WITH NO INJURIES!!!
I'm being good about stretching and I'm even incorporating some cross training into my routine now, so hopefully building a stronger core and muscle groups in my legs will help keep me injury free!
