Sweeeeet run! I don't know what it was, but this run was amazing.
I did wear a neckband thingy that keeps you cool once it's wet and I think it really helped alot. I never felt overwhelmingly hot and I did carry a water with me too, and tried to remember to hydrate along the way to keep from drying out.
I brought 1 Gu and had it at 50 minutes (5 miles).
I can;t find anything to complain about, other than the tension in my AT around mile 10, it lasted for about 10 minutes, then subsided. I will most certainly be stretching my little butt off over the weeks of training to come...
