Brrr!
After an almost 70 degree day on Friday (working!!!!) I got slammed with 40 degrees for a cool run home after work.
I had brought shorts (oops) but I warmed up enough to be sweaty on the way home anyways. Bad idea was eating a bag of Jelly Belly's at work before I left...sat like a rock in my belly and gave me mild cramps the whole way. Bummer. Cramps can ALWAYS ruin a good run. I was also beat from work, so my legs felt heavier than usual.
Kind of a yuck run all around...but I got out nonetheless, and that was the whole point.
