the wind was bitter cold today. It said 21 degrees but on the open streets it felt like my face was about to come off. Mentally, it was a very challenging run. Every step was drudgery. I did take 2 walk breaks for a total of 3 minutes. Right around the 3-3.5 mi mark I had some pains that ran from the outside of my right shoulder down to the bottom of my right lung. I walked for a minute then it subsided. The best part of the run today was finishing.
