Really pleased with this run following the CDR course yesterday. Again legs felt really recovered and ready to run on this run. Another good group this morning. Other than running w/Glenn for about the first 2 miles of this one, i ran pretty much solo, other than with Ashley, Lynn, and Steve at times on the way back. Pace was really solid at times with the only real slow miles on the steep part of the climbs up Alpha. I really wanted to go over 2hrs on this one, but 1:57 is close enough along with yesterday's run. Both of these courses definitely make these runs seem like 2hr + runs by effort alone. Really good week after the first few days were really rough with Tuesday being the worse with only 2 miles, but i made the adjustments according to how i was feeling w/the conditions, and the result was pretty sweet!
