Legs still felt sore and flat still this evening. I think the race on Saturday and the harder LR on Sunday has caused the lingering fatigue in my legs. I could also tell the humidity was really high this evening, so i don't feel bad about putting the speedwork or tempo run off to later until my body and mind are ready to run fast and hard.
