Felt pretty good on this run that started at a comfortable but brisk pace and progressively cutdown the miles. I did detect that i was'nt fully recovered on the last 2 miles at the faster pace, so i plan to postpone the speedwork on the pm run to b more recovered. Splits for the run:8:57,8:27,7:50,and 7:43.
