After being off yesterday with a strained neck that i have a bulging disc in from a few years ago, and i also had lingering knee problems that needed some time to rest, i came into this one ready and itching to run. Started late after running errands but i was glad to have the opportunity to get out and run. The knee caused some minor pains during the run but it was probably due to not warming up enough or missing the stretching routine today. Overall pleased with this run. Splits for the run:8:00,8:02,8:12,7:39,7:54,8:02,7:54,7:45,7:45,and 7:46.
