Extremely hot and humid easy(yeah right!) run w/the TTC. Legs were a little fatigued tonight after the 200's last night. The clock at UC showed 90 degrees at 6 o'clock. Glad to have this one in the books. I am content w/scaling the mileage back until my body acclimates to these conditions. It's gonna get worse b4 it gets better.
