Nice easy 5 miler w/Glenn Baldwin tonight. Legs felt much better today, but man was it hard to breathe w/the heat and i felt the humidity personally but Glen said he did'nt think it was too bad. Extremely hot, but i survived it. The pace got a rolling and i was surprised to see i could manage that kind of pace in these conditions at this point in time.I am pretty certain i will run the Komen 5k on Saturday, so i am keeping things pretty laid back this week just in case.
