I am not certain how accurate the mileage or pace is until i calibrate my foot pod tomorrow, but i wont argue with it at this point. Just decided to jump on the t-mill to start adjusting to running on it, because the heat and humidity is definitely going to produce some runs on the thing to keep my mileage up for the summer. Set the incline to 1% and just started the belt at 6mph then increased it a little every mile.The foot pod showed my cadence at 84 and 85 for the majority of the run. Felt good during and after this quick run, so hopefully this will b a good resource in the coming months.Splits were:7:51,7:21, and 7:14.
