Hot Hot Hot tonight! 94 degrees at the end on UC's sign. Started out knowing it would b rough, so i brought Gatorade on a waist pack and decided i would stop every 10 to 15 minutes and drink, and i wore the HR monitor to keep the pace in ck with the effort, and much to my surprise the perceived effort was right about where i thought it should b(70 to 75% of max HRR). I finished with the thought in mind that i may add a few more miles on the treadmill tonight.
