Felt pretty good coming into this run. I was ready to run something fast and the weather was perfect for it tonight. I did a 2 mile WU(7:48 and 7:43) 4 quarters to get the body loosened up to run fast for the 800's and to get a little turnover. I jogged a quarter for all recoveries in this run. Splits for the quarters(4):1:36,1:43,1:40,and 1:42. 800's x 4: 3:28,3:27,3:27,and 3:24. Cooldown for 1.25(10:25). Overall pleased wiith the workout. I plan to up the number of reps to 8 or 10 for the 800's and maybe do some 1200's leading into Columbus.
