Started this one late after a rough day at work that left me mentally drained I knew i needed to keep this run really relaxed for at least the majority to b able to run hard tomorrow and to run at least 20 on Sunday. I had a rough time starting relaxed since it was raining out, and my running was taking on the theme of my day, which was hit it hard and hit it fast! But i knew better so i struggled getting it in check, but finally i did and everything finished on a positive note. I will decide tomorrow morning whether i will do a tempo run or some speed work then I want to try to go 22 or 23 on Sunday(3 weeks out) Splits for this run:8:33,8:27,8:31,8:43,8:42,8:20,8:23,8:10,and 7:59.
