Set out to run an easy run this evening for 4 or 5 miles in the heat and humidity. Went fairly well running with J.R. Sharp, but the heat was catching up with me as the run progressed to the point to where i told J.R. that i was walking it in at about the 4.5 mark. The watched was screwed up againg and could not find the sattelites, so the time is the only thing i got tonight, but i know the mile points with my eyes closed on this route. I wanted to save myself for a solid 20 miler sometime this weekend. Thank God the cooler temps will arrive soon!
