Felt pretty good to bounce back after an upper respiratory infection for the last 3 days. I am finally over the hip and knee problems. Now that i am feeling better i am ready to resume the training. Kept the distance short today just to ease back into things, but the 87 degree temps did'nt make this run feel to easy. I had good company for most of the run, and picked the pace up solo for the part of the 5th and the whole 6th mile. Feels good to be back on the roads.
