Notes

Had planned a 10K race this morning, but actually overslept. Glad I didn't go really, as I went out for a run a couple of hours later and my legs felt really heavy. the combination of the race on Thursday, followed by the Hash on Friday had obviously taken a fair bit out of the slowly improving legs. Did not feel comfortable all run, right from the first few meters. Decided to cut short the planned 7Km and simply run just over 4. Pace was OK, but still need a lot of slow miles in the legs to be able to build.
