Workout:
4 x 800s with 1 recovery lap in between (supposed to be 1:00 recovery but with the heat, we decided to do longer recoveries. 3 miles at Tempo. 2 x 400 at mile pace.
Overall, while it was ungodly hot and humid, I felt a lot better this week than last. We didnt exactly hit our paces, but I dont think we were off too badly considering the weather. Surprised I had that much kick in me for those final 400s! I think I just really wanted to be done!
