super slow easy & relaxed 5 on the treadmill. Switched back to the Glycerines today. They felt a bit heavy and clumpy, in comparison, but hopefully they'll provide better cushion and support than the Pearls.

Note: I walked a little at the first mile, that's why it's so slow ;)
