First good long run in a while! Ran with a few different groups throughout the run (hence the various paces) - Startedwith a big group. Split off with 4 of us around 2 or so through 9ish. Ran with Whitney for another 3 or so. Leg felt fine at 12 so I kept going and did the last 3 on my own. Didnt intend on going quite so fast, but I felt good.
Leg felt really good. I actually felt my other one more than the one that's been troublesome (but even that wasnt bad). I just hope I didnt overdo it! It feels ok for now, but I'm icing it as we speak.
