Pretty decent run! It is getting easier to run longer periods without stopping; I really didnt struggle at all to get through all three miles. In fact, I felt more comfortable and got faster in the last mile. Very encouraged by my progress and getting excited to see what I actually have in me with consistent training and hard work.
