Another good run! :) My leg felt really good this morning, only a very slight amount of tightness late in the run too. And ... I wasnt even paying attention to pace, and I hit some pretty decent easy-run paces. Getting closer to where I was!
Also good -- I was worried that I would be tight and sore yesterday am, after running a bit faster on Weds. But I wasnt and my leg felt pretty good.
