1 hour at GRP (actually should have kept going for another few mins .... just figured I could get 6 miles in in an hour!
Overall felt pretty good. Goal was to be between 9:33 and 9:45 (4:10 and 4:15 marathon paces). Robbie was good motivation to crank it down a little in the last mile, which was especially difficult given the last 3 miles were on a gradual uphill.
