Rode spin bike on my own ... got a pretty decent workout in. Hopped on tm afterwards just to see how legs felt. Walked for couple of minutes then started to run ... jello legs! Wouldve gone longer but muscles around former fracture were a little sore and bunchy. Garmin was acting up .. I just tested in and now appears fine, but the HR graph for this workout is funky. Oh well, think it's ok now.
