Goofed up on my watch ...I know my total distance was 5.68, but I was lame with my watch and hit start/stop too much (ie hit lap at the top of the hill, then hit lap again before heading down...duh! Should have hit lap, then stop) In trying to clean up some of the fragmented intervals I think i deleted one too many (pretty sure it's at the beginning ... we did 1 mile warmup, but I'm only showing .77...)
I actually liked the workout this morning. A lot of people didnt because the hill was steep, but I liked it because it was a short hill - I can push through anything for short periods of time. Hammy's are pretty tight...
