Hill workout at Hospital Hill. 2 mile warmup included the hill (ugh!).

Ended up doing 6 hills (plus the 1 in my warmup). That hill is tough due to how it gets steeper halfway through it! Not my favorite hill for sure. But overall felt ok for the most part. Wasnt a super blistering pace, but I felt like I pushed hard -- maybe not my hardest, but was a good effort.

On some of the super slow/long recoveries -- i stopped and stood maybe 20-30 seconds to catch my breath a few times and didnt stop my Garmin.
