Notes

I finished the progression near the frolf course, so I stopped to look around and ended up finding a couple discs. So I had to carry a disc in each hand for my cool down, but it was worth it. I did a bit of grass running for the last half mile of this. I'll probably aim for 5 grass miles this week, and slowly work that up week by week. Long run tomorrow.
