Knoch Knolls

Notes

Easy 60 minute run in Knoch Knolls. The pace slowed down mid run when I went in the trails, but I don't know how well the GPS was tracking in there, cause I didn't feel myself slow down at all. I had been trudging through water looking for discs before this, so my feet were wet the whole time and by the end I had a couple blisters bothering me. Other than that I felt fine on this. I feel like I can get a lot more endurance on runs this long with a couple more weeks of training. We'll see.
