Visited Coach Smith at Notre Dame rehab after practice for about 80 minutes, then had dinner with Mom at her place, then came home and crashed. Didn't really have it in me to run after and as I told Kyle on Saturday's run, not running today was just a matter of having my priorities in order.
I had a great time visiting and chatting with Coach Smith. With all the talk this week about Mark Murray's proposed director position and the politics around that, it was so refreshing to talk to someone who only cares about the kids doing well and having fun. It's so obvious that Coach's priorities are in the right places.
