Post-rafting with group 1. We split up a little after about halfway but I let it happen because I felt like we all needed to do our own thing a little. I added on a bit with Noah Gregoire and Will Thompson, then a little more with Giuseppe. He was poking at me a little earlier on the run and thought I was going to tell him off, but I really just wanted to see him run a little more and work a little harder because it seemed to me like he was taking it a little too easy this week. Hopefully he took something from our conversation on that because I think he can be really good this year.
