Notes
Today was the first day I didn't feel like running in the morning, but once we did some warmups and got going, I felt good and enjoyed the run. Had some good chats with Owen, Will Thompson, Noah, and I'm sure others I am forgetting. We talked a bit about Coach Smith heading home, aging, and what might happen if he wasn't able to coach in the fall. I feel pretty confident he will be able to coach, but I guess anything could happen. Definitely some growing up happening on the SHS boys' XC team this week with Coach not being at full strength, but I'm glad we all have each other here.
