Ran on BB Parkway after hearing about the huge potholes from Kyle and Austin. I don't know how people drive on this road, it's insane. Easily the worst road I've ever seen.
Kept the run real easy and listened to last week's LetsRun podcast. Legs feeling heavy from yesterday, ankles slightly beaten up maybe because I haven't run in flats in a couple weeks.
