Good tempo. Not easy but I thought it went well. Legs were a little heavy to start. Last mile was hard but definitely felt faster than 6:05. I was glad that I was able to push pretty well in the middle of the tempo, in the past I haven't been able to do that and have been more focused on "surviving" the workout. I could probably do a few tempos shooting for 5:50 to get more controlled efforts in.
