Louisville YMCA 10k race. Smaller field than last year, possible due to weather. Not sure of how many runners, maybe 40? Placed 5th overall and 1st in age group for 45-49 males. Was pretty happy with my run, was hoping to average 7:00min miles, ended up being 7:12min miles. Felt comfortable running, no soreness of stiffness at all.
