Went up to Detroit with Allan for the FREEP. Marathon and half marathon course stay together until about 12.5 miles. He ran the full so I ran with him until the course split. Was worried about the knee. It was a little iffy for the first few miles, but by mile 6 it wasn't bothering me at all. Great weather, and it was neat to run into and out of Canada... over the bridge and then through the mile long tunnel that is under water. Garmin lost signal in the tunnel. Great day and great company! Knee was a little tender the next day, but pretty much okay. Woohoo!
