My legs are killer tired and I'm a 5K race this Saturday. So I modified this workout. The plan called for 6 X 1 mile at 10K pace then 2 miles at goal. I race 2 X 1 mile at 10K pace and then 4 X .5 pretty much as fast as I could muster. (see paces) then 1 mile at something that didn't feel like I might die. That loop up the gravel travel is killer hard. Good for me though I guess.
