Mile each warm-up and cool-down with 6X800s at 8.2-8.4 pace, my hamstrings are still sore from Sunday's run and I'm fighting a sore throat, so I fully walked the 200 rest periods between intervals. I wasn't sure I had all those intervals in me today but I busted them out.
