Went running with the MRC today - group run that was nice and slow through Schmeekle. Knees didn't agree well with that one, prolly because of the striding (or lack thereof). I learned of Skippy's shoes on 10 by Target today. Soon, I'll hit walmart and get some newer insoles before looking to new shoes. Good rest day - will do another 8 tomorrow =D
