It's nice to actually get some speed work done, esp during class. It felt pretty good, but I think I would have kept going for at least another 10 mins for a truly good workout - however, I kinda wanted today to be a rest day, which is why the Schmeek run was intentionally slow. Still have sore legs from the 8 miler, and my knees are a little off during the 5k - but that may have been due to the short stride, and tired gait.
