Last intervals of training cycle. Yay! Felt pretty strong, considering this was my 5th day in a row running. Hit all my targets, but I didn't excel on the track this year like I did last year. I think 5x1k was too much to bite off at the start, but I could consistently hit them now. Definitely shouldn't start with any more than 5x1k next time unless I'm in a lot better shape, and running more miles consistently.
