workout chose to do on treadmill for control, soft surface, and cooling fan. Had 2 treadmills running side by side. Left one at 8:57/mi and the other at 5:xx/mi and would jump between them.
Set 1, 2 x 200 @ 5:39/mi with .25 recovery jog
Set 2, 2 x 200 @ 5:36/mi with .25 recovery jog
Set 3, 2 x 200 @ 5:33/mi followed by mile cooldown
Left hip is a little sore. Pretty easy workout, but tapering for the 12k this weekend !
