Meant to put in 12:25 with the hope that I would make it to 3220m, which I wouldn't have. Much tougher than I thought it would be, but in hindsight, my lack of stamina training explains why this one scraped the barrel of the time frame that I thought I was going to kill. So, turns out if I'm good at speed, and good at endurance, I am not necessarily good at stamina. Will work more stamina into my programs a la Canova. Hard to give this one as high as a 6/10 considering I failed the second one, but I'm grading on a curve :)
PS - And I did all loops faster than I was doing the loops, one at a time with 3 minutes rest (thus double), when I was overtraining. So that's good news.
