Treadmill

Notes

Started my treadmill workout at the Aquarena. Too hot and I only had a t-shirt. I took it off, they asked me to put it on, I did, asked to talk to the supervisor, Ken was a dick, I had to pause my workout. Decided to finish it at the Field House, which is comparatively excellent, so all's well that ends well. This 12 minutes though was supposed to be 15. For sure felt harder than it should've been - so maybe it was ultimately a good thing? I could've finished, but I'm not sure if that would've been for the best - or if trying this hard was for the best.... Probably. Anyway, I need a lot more lt workouts on the treadmill to acclimatize to the pace rather than just the hr - need to get more efficient at between 10k & half-marathon paces.
