Notes

Felt fine finally. Anxious about speed work, so I think I'll do VO2Max on Monday. Anyway, about 90 minutes with the other entry, which is just about all you can ask for from a treadmill long run. To make it more interesting I alternated .5% grade with 3% 0.5mph slower - thus the alternating 5-minute sets.
