Notes

Bit of a struggle, a bit far, but I wanted to eliminate the double because of travel and spread out the 30-minute shakeout over a couple runs. Read in the "Run" book that I should track my enjoyment, but I do not enjoy this idea. I will keep track of confidence and enjoyment's pretty key to these entries, but quantifying it is out of the question.
