Notes

Was feeling a bit leg-tired on the way out, but then felt good up Poplar Plains and went from there. Not as up and down as the shorter route I did on the 21st, but less major streets and not bad at all. 20 burpees after—not sure if this is a good idea or not just two days after the last set and before the race on Friday, but I'm feeling good.
