5 x 10" 12mph at 14 incline

4 x 12 single-leg bounds

3 x 12 bounds

3 x 10 double-leg hops

6 x 60m sprints (5 starting on the left foot, 1 starting on the right)

Feels great, must say. I love the explosiveness. Really feel like I've come a long way since last week, especially in the sprints at the end and my starts in particular. I'll have to even it out with the right leg in front at some point since I'm not actually working on my start. Last time I barely got myself up, this time felt explosive though there remains lots of room for improvement.

The treadmill's almost maxxed out. .4mph at 1' incline left.
