Did the "lunge matrix" again for the first time in a while, and for whatever reason, be it that, yesterday's run in the Hattoris, a tickle in my throat or the morning run, I felt super sluggish until that 4:47km when I regained my form. It was sloppy with a lot of lateral swaying the first bit. Hills were faster that yesterday - 3 and 4 seconds faster than my best one yesterday. You could get strong here with the hills in High Park and a good track within a couple miles.
