4 x 2k at 10k effort along the Boulevard. Obviously with the hill (so soon too) it was faster coming back then out. Definitely shouldn't have done this one - fell hill two days later and rest came painfully rather than naturally. Still, I feel like at least now I can say 36:30 or there around is in and if I can get better than that by letting myself recover...sobeit. Otherwise, who cares?
