Nice day for a run. Felt very good going out and very smooth on the way home. Mechanics felt into place most of the time and in love with running. Glad I discovered that turn going right - gonna be great for marathon long runs in the spring.
Think I'm gonna start a blog because I've got so much to say and maybe Elise doesn't want to be my audience so often and for so long.
